Zoning a long bar with built walls is slow, costly and often blocked by fire or building approvals. A divider booth does the same job as furniture: the upholstered back gives privacy at seated eye level, and an open ebony-stained grille above it keeps light and sightlines flowing across the room.
This model pairs a 59 in (150 cm) oxblood leather channel back with a vertical grille screen, finished with an aged-brass footrail at the base. It works back to back with a second booth to create an island, or alone along an aisle to separate the bar from the lounge.
Construction
- Hardwood frame with steel reinforcement at the screen fixings
- Vertical channel back in oxblood leather; sprung seat
- Ebony-stained hardwood grille screen
- Aged-brass footrail
Freestanding divider booths must be fixed to the floor or ganged so they cannot tip; we include a fixing detail on the drawing. Check screen height and material with your fire officer if the booth borders an egress route.
