Built for four-hour sits
01

Built for four-hour sits

A dining booth is designed for a 60-minute meal. A lounge seat has to hold someone through a long evening. We drop seat heights to lounge range, deepen seats, rake backs further and specify high-resilience foam with a soft wrap so cushions recover overnight instead of bottoming out by the second year.

Leather chosen for the room, not the brochure

Aniline leather looks beautiful and marks with the first spilled Negroni. For bar service we usually recommend a protected (pigmented) or semi-aniline hide, and we will tell you plainly where bonded leather or thin PU will fail. Swatches are sent before you commit.

One factory, the whole room

One factory, the whole room

Booths, club chairs, stools, cocktail tables, wall panels and the back-bar service station come off the same production line, cut from the same hide lot and finished in the same stain. The room reads as one design, and you deal with one supplier and one shipment.

04How we work
  1. 1

    Brief and floor plan

Send your plan, mood images and seat count target. We reply with a seating proposal, recommended leathers and a budget quote, usually including a note on capacity and aisle clearances.

  2. 2

    Shop drawings and swatches

We draw every piece with dimensions, foam build-up, frame and finish callouts. Leather and finish swatches ship to you. Nothing is cut until you sign the drawings.

  3. 3

    Pre-production sample

For larger orders or new designs we build a sample, such as one booth section or one club chair, and send photos and video, or the piece itself, for approval of comfort and detailing.

  4. 4

    Production and inspection

Frames, foam and upholstery are made in our Lecong workshop. Each piece is checked against the approved drawing, photographed and wrapped for export before loading.

  5. 5

    Shipping and installation

We consolidate the order into one container where possible and ship FOB, CIF or DDP. Booths arrive in labelled sections with joining hardware and a layout sheet for your installer.

07FAQ
Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?

Lounge & Leather is a product line of EASEN Commercial Furniture, which manufactures in its own production base in Lecong, Shunde District, Foshan, China. We build frames, cut foam and upholster in-house, and ship factory-direct to your venue or freight forwarder. There is no showroom markup and no distributor in between.

What kind of leather do you recommend for a cocktail bar?

For most bars we recommend a protected (pigmented) leather or a semi-aniline. Both carry a surface finish that resists spills, sanitizer and hand oils far better than pure aniline. Choose aniline only if you want a patina and accept marks as part of the look. We do not recommend bonded leather for any commercial seat, because its surface layer tends to peel under daily use.

Can we supply our own leather (COL)?

Yes. Send the hide specification and we will calculate the quantity from the approved drawings. Leather comes as whole hides rather than rolls, so cutting waste is higher than with fabric. We will state the number of hides or square feet needed, including waste, before you order.

Do you make faux leather or vinyl versions?

Yes. We upholster in contract-grade vinyl and polyurethane (PU) faux leather when budget, cleaning regime or animal-free requirements call for it. Contract vinyl is usually the most cleanable option for high-turnover seats. We will advise on abrasion rating and backing so you get a material made for commercial seating.

How long does production take?

Typically 30-45 days for standard designs and 45-60 days for custom work, counted from drawing and sample approval. Sea transit comes on top. The exact schedule is confirmed in your quote, and we will tell you early if a specific leather or finish affects it.

Can you meet US, UK or Gulf fire requirements?

We specify fire-retardant foams, interliners and contract-grade covers to the destination market's rules on request, for example CAL TB 117-2013 in the US or BS 7176 composites in the UK. Test reports are supplied for specific items where available. Your local fire officer or code consultant decides what applies to your venue, so please share their requirements at the quote stage.
